Advanced Weapons and Technology Summit

Please join us for an informative and exciting week of presentations, opportunities and networking at the
Advanced Weapons Technology Summit. This will be a first of its kind event, bringing together all of the key players developing new Missiles, Munitions, and Materials technologies for our Nation to discuss key challenges and to release solicitations through three OTAs.

Dates:  November 1-3, 2023

Location:  North Hall, Von Braun Center, Huntsville, AL

  • Munitions Technology Priorities and Statements of Need (JEMTP)
  • C4 event addressing the topic of using biosynthesis to produce energetic materials

AMTC-23-03/04 Collaboration Event

The AMTC-23-3/04 Collaboration Event was held at the Embassy Suites in Huntsville, AL. The collaboration event agenda included a Keynote speaker, 23-03/04 requirements review, and a hosted mixer. The event was open to all AMTC members and US. Government representatives.

This event was held on March 27th in conjunction with AUSA, March 28-30, 2023

AMTC-23-01/02 Collaboration Event

The AMTC-23-01/02 Collaboration Event was held on November 8-9, 2022 in the East Hall of the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, AL. The collaboration event agenda included keynote speaker Mr. Joseph Giunta, Jr., Executive Director/Senior Contracting Official (SCO), special guest speaker Mr. Rodney Davis, Acting Deputy Program Executive Officer, Aviation, MAJ Mitchell Boatwright, Assistant Product Manager for Air Launched Effects, Aviation, and Mr. Matt Sipe, Director, MOSA Transformation. Also included was a program update, 23-01 and 23-02 requirements panel, Urban Air Mobility Challenge Pitch Briefs, in person one-on-one opportunities, and exhibitor booths. The event was open to all AMTC members and U.S Government representatives.

AMTC-22-06 Industry Day

The AMTC-22-06 Industry Day took place on August 23, 2022 at The Westin Huntsville in Huntsville, AL. On August 23, there was a keynote speaker, requirement brief and a Q & A session for GM-22-06-02, and one-on-one opportunities on August 23 and 0900-1200 CDT on August 24. This was an out of cycle event and was open to all AMTC members and U.S Government representatives.

AMTC-22-04/05 COLLABORATION EVENT

The AMTC-22-04/05 Collaboration Event was held July 12-13, 2022 in the South Hall of the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, AL. The collaboration event included special guest speaker Mr. Chris Van Metre, President and CEO, ATI, keynote speakers Dr. James Kirsch, Director (Acting), DEVCOM AvMC, and Mr. Michael Monteleone, Director, APNT and Space, as well as an introduction from the new AMTC Chief, Mr. Josh Smothers, AMTC & UARC Chief, AvMC. There was also a program update, 22-04 and 22-05 requirement briefings, a Proposers’ Conference, in-person one-on-one opportunities, new member introductions, and exhibitor booths. The event was open to all AMTC members and US. Government representatives.

AMTC-22-02 VIRTUAL COLLABORATION EVENT

The AMTC-22-02 Virtual Collaboration Event was held March 1-3, 2022. The collaboration event agenda included 22-02 requirement briefings with an open Q&A forum between requirement owners and attendees, free virtual poster sessions, new member introductions, and one-on-one opportunities. The requirement briefings were held via WebEx with one-on-one sessions being held via ZoomGov. The event was open to all AMTC members and U.S. Government representatives.

AMTC-22-01 VIRTUAL COLLABORATION EVENT

The AMTC-22-01 Virtual Collaboration Event was held November 9-10, 2021. The collaboration event agenda included one-on-one opportunities and 22-01 requirement briefings with an open Q&A forum between requirement owners and attendees. The requirement briefings were held via WebEx with one-on-one sessions being held via ZoomGov. The event was open to all AMTC members and US. Government representatives.
